Mr. Rahul Bhutoria
Trustee & Settlor
Rahul Bhutoria is the Founder and Director of Valtrust Capital, with over 17 years of experience in investments, advisory and entrepreneurship. He has worked with leading global firms including EY and PwC in investment banking and financial restructuring. He has built and invested in ventures in healthcare, financial services, logistics and media. Rahul holds a BSc in Industrial Management from Purdue University and an MBA from INSEAD, France, and is associated with Ashoka University as a Founder.
Mrs. Meenakshi Bhutoria
Trustee
With a B.Com (Honours), a CFA charter, and an MSc in Finance, Meenakshi Bhutoria combines strong academic credentials with diverse professional experience. She has worked at Fisheye Analytics and later launched her own culinary experiences venture, curating food and hospitality projects. Her background spans finance, analytics, and entrepreneurship, with a focus on scaling operations and identifying strategic investment opportunities.
Mr. Jagsagar Chand
Trustee
An IIT Kharagpur alumnus, Jagsagar Chand is an accomplished entrepreneur and investor with roots in the textile sector. He has built and scaled multiple businesses and has invested in diverse industries including healthcare, logistics, and media. His expertise spans strategic business development, operational leadership, and identifying high-potential investment opportunities.
Mr. Amit Khosla
Trustee
Amit Khosla is a Founder and Mentor at Valtrust and Partner at Bombay Capital, with a long-standing career in private equity and financial services. He has held leadership roles at global investment firms including Asiabridge Capital, Hana Bank, CDC/Actis and D.B. Zwirn. Early in his career, he worked with JP Morgan Chase & Co. and Fox-Pitt, Kelton in New York and Hong Kong on cross-border M&A. Amit serves on boards and advisory committees of companies and institutions in India, and holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.
